Built in the browser
The chart builder is a single web page. Nothing installs, and after your first visit it keeps working with no internet at all, which matters when you are sitting in a hospital corridor with one bar of signal.
Every medicine gets its own colour
Colour is how people identify medicines in a hurry, so each one is assigned a distinct colour automatically and keeps it. Build the same chart again weeks later and the medicine you know as the blue one is still blue.
Three formats from one entry
The same information prints as a wall chart to pin up, a tick sheet to record each dose, or a pocket card listing quantities for the pharmacy. You enter everything once and switch formats without retyping.
Change it whenever the prescription changes
Tap any medicine to adjust the dose, hours or duration, and the chart redraws instantly. Reprint, throw the old sheet away, and the wall always shows the current instructions.
How to make one
- Open the builder
- Add each medicine
- Download or print the chart
Questions
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The layout adapts and you can add it to your home screen as an app.
Can I save and come back?
Yes. Your chart is kept in this browser, and you can export a backup file.
Is it really free?
Yes, with no limits and no advertising.
A note on safety. PillsChart reproduces the schedule you type. It does not check doses or interactions. Always follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist, and check the printed chart against the prescription before anyone relies on it.
